greatly enjoyed how the reasonably spacious room with queen size bed was arranged when we arrived. location: the hotel was adjacent to business area, são paulo's ritziest shopping district as well as many restaurants & cafés, and matiz manhattan.

The location in the Jardims Paulista was ideal for us to visit friends and shopping, and to walk safely at night to various restaruants. The breakfast at the hotel was also good.

There was no reading light in the living dining kitchen area. There were no utensils or glasses in the kitchen, so you could not for example buy a papaya and cut it up. We didn`t try to ask, however.

Straightforward place to stay 1 mile away from a bustling avenue. Twin room with “ kitchenette ”, sofa, TV. Amazing, marvellous location in a good location to wander the avenue. Based just next door to very safe as well, and shopping malls, great restaurants, cafes and public attractions/museums.

We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, close to bars, restaurants, and the famous Paulista avenue. The staff provided exceptional service, from the room service to the dry cleaning and housekeeping. The room was well-equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony. The breakfast served in the restaurant was delicious, and we enjoyed sitting out on the terrace. The hotel also had a swimming pool, sauna, and sun terrace for relaxation. The reception staff were always available and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

We would highly recommend this hotel to families.

1) Excellent location, in the midway between Paulista and Oscar Freire; 2) Very comfortable: new floating wooden floor and a big flat: living room, small kitchen, big bathroom, nice bedroom, a balcony with a nice view and a closet (!); 3) Staff is kind and discrete; 4) Nice breakfast for a fair price; 5) Free (and fast!) Wi-Fi; 6) It was a holiday on monday, so they still covered me the cheaper weekend rate. Actually, it's a great place to stay.

1) Bed is not bad, but worse hotels have better real queen size box beds; 2) TV is outside the bedroom; 3) There isn't a heater; 4) Lobby wasn't renewed as the rooms were; 5) Towels could be better than ordinary motel ones; 6) It doesn't affect me, but I could notice tere aren't facilities for disabled people.

They accomodated a request for early check in. The room I had booked turned out to be a suite- with a little kitchen and living room area in addition to the bathroom. There was also ample closet space with hangers and shelves. The staff was extremely helpful and the location perfect- 3 blocks from Avenida Paulista. Also, free WIFI in the room / lobby.

This hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is superb, within walking distance of a lot of sights and surrounded by many restaurants. Everything is close by, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms, including the comfortable king bed, ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast spread is varied and satisfying.

The soundproofing could be improved to minimize disturbance from outside noise.

we had 2 bdroom appt with good separation of spaces. Excellent area for suitcases/clothes. Provided key for ech guest. Very well located. Staff were pleasant and helpful. beds comfortable

kitchen not really usable as no pots/jugs /kettles etc. Bed would be too small for large people

Location - situated in Jardim Paulista the hotel is ideally placed for shopping on Avenida Paulista or in the boutique shops at the lower end of Haddock Lobo (eg Cartier, Louis Vitton etc...) also great place to get to explore an amazing city - near to bus and underground routes. Staff were efficient although very basic English available (went well with my very basic Portuguese).

We couldn't have chosen a better hotel for our business trip! The location was perfect, within walking distance of countless restaurants and bars, near a bustling street, and close to both a subway station and Paulista Avenue. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice bathroom and helpful service. The breakfast was fresh and varied, with a lot of options. We appreciated the rooftop pool and gym, which offered great views.

The lobby could use a bit of sprucing up, but it didn't spoil our stay.

This hotel is within walking distance of shops etc, it was also safe for walking from/to in the evenings. The rooms have been newly decorated and are spacious and comfortable.

The hotel nor Booked.net advertise that this hotel is not completed! There is building work ongoing, and the pool area is a complete building site plus the fitness area is non-existent - the treadmill can be found in the stairwell! We had to put up with banging nosies during the day. We specifically booked this hotel over others for the roof terrace + pool - so we were very disappointed that these were not available as advertised by the hotel! Also note the staff speak very little english - which made checking in and asking questions very difficult!
